This project proved to be a great challenge as we demolished a 2 story existing extension and rebuilt a new 3 story extension over an existing basement. We also added a new roof extension with Zinc clad dormer windows adding a Large master bedroom and dressing area, bathroom and a home study. We carried out a full back to brickwork refurbishment of the existing house and basement updating the new family home to be more user friendly and create more space for this lovely young family.
