We engaged in close collaboration with the Architect, Structural Engineer, and Interior Designer on this complex project to address significant structural challenges that were uncovered during the initial strip out phase. The project resulted with us carrying out retention on the front facade, lowering and extending the existing basement to encompass the full footprint of the rear garden, the construction of a four-story new build, and a comprehensive high-end interior fit out.

Furthermore, we installed a state-of-the-art Audio-Visual system, along with upgrading the thermal efficiency of the house to exceed current regulations.

The site presented considerable logistical challenges due to limited storage space and its location being on one of Notting Hill's narrowest streets. Nonetheless, through careful planning and full coordination with neighbouring properties, we successfully navigated these restraints. We are delighted with the exceptional outcome and proud to have delivered another project that has resulted in a satisfied client enjoying their beautifully crafted home.
